W-T-F eh?

One Canadian teenager with to many observations.

Power Trip.

As I sit in my lessons through school it is hard not to notice that occasionally the teachers really do over exert there powers they have control with. Of course you try to justify why a teach has chosen this sort of punishment or asked you to do this but in reality sometimes they probably are just having a slight power trip. I speak of this from experience. For the past few weeks I’ve had a very nasty cold so the other day not able to hand it I was heading home when I ran into a friend of mine as I just left the building. We’ve been arguing a lot lately and another fight broke out, he was just purely anger and I was upset and in tears. I walked down the street brushing my tears aside coughing and sneezing at the same time when I ran into an employee of the school.

Now, I have no idea what he does. No one at my school know what he does. He came up to me and asked where I was going. Valid valid. I was leaving the school during class time and I explained I was heading home sick. He didn’t believe me…how odd. So I just kept walking and left for home. Next day I come back much best and well rested I go to my first block class then second. My second block teacher is the same as the second block teacher i have on day 1’s as well. She comes up to me and asks why I skipped her class? There was a sub that day…but I told them I was leaving sick. She continues “The Vice Principal told me you said you had a spare and were with another student, you lied” “…pardon?” I explained what have happened and went to the office. I then run into the Vice Principal who begins to harass me. Saying I was lying about being sick as a cover up and that I told this man I had a spare and that I would be expelled if I skipped another class…w-t-f eh?

I’m not sure if this is a power trip or just mass confusion but I felt that over exertion of powers was used and I was highly offended. Especially with all the stuff I do around the school. It was absolutely ridiculous. I mean I understand skipping is a problem but I highly doubt accusations of ‘lying’ is even allowed? It’s almost like…slander! Of course, nothing I can do. This Vice Principal enjoys to threaten expulsion for no real reason. Ah well Respect the position if you cannot respect the person.
